- Contribute to the cultural life of Philadelphia by helping us hire and commission new work from local and national Playwrights as well as hiring established and up-and-coming local designers.
- Make a positive impact on the local arts community by helping us provide jobs for established and up-and-coming local actors, front-of-house staff, photographers, graphic designers, and artists of all types who assist in the creation of our work.
